Experts get more done with GeoDict, and more people in R&D can use it.
The Copilot is an AI-assisted desktop application for GeoDict that helps R&D teams set up, run and analyse simulation workflows without having to handle every technical detail manually.
In my GeoDict project work I run parameter studies, build tailored workflows and do modelling for my clients. For eight years I have been developing my own tools for that. The Copilot builds on them. I use it in my daily work; tasks that took several days are now done in a few hours.

GeoDict is powerful. Using it efficiently takes time.
Setting up simulations, choosing the right modules and parameters, running studies, processing results and turning workflows into something colleagues can reuse requires substantial experience.
The Copilot takes care of much of this operational work, so your team can focus on the material, the simulation question and the engineering decisions.
Already using GeoDict?
Spend less time operating it. Let the Copilot handle repetitive tasks such as:
- selecting modules and parameters
- setting up and executing simulations
- running parameter studies
- reading and organising results
- creating reusable workflows and GeoApps
You define the simulation logic. The Copilot handles the mechanics.
Not using GeoDict to its full potential?
Make simulation accessible to more of your R&D team. You don’t need every user to become a GeoDict specialist. The Copilot provides a natural-language interface to established simulation workflows and guides users from a simulation question to structured, traceable results.
That makes advanced microstructure simulation practical even when simulation is only an occasional part of an engineer’s work.
How it works: your question, GeoDict, your answer
01 Ask
Describe the material, question or analysis you want to perform.
02 Copilot
The Copilot translates the task into a validated GeoDict workflow.
03 Simulate
GeoDict runs the simulation on your own hardware.
04 Analyse
Results are processed, documented and connected to your existing R&D workflows.
From CT data to engineering insight
“How does binder distribution vary through the thickness of this material?”
The Copilot turns this kind of engineering question into a reproducible analysis workflow, including simulation setup, execution and result processing. The macro is built from validated blocks and runs in GeoDict. It stays in your project folder and reproduces the result without the Copilot.
Automate what you already know
Experienced GeoDict users turn established workflows into reusable tools for colleagues. Custom analyses and Python-based postprocessing extend standard GeoDict workflows and connect simulation results with other R&D tools.
Build once. Reuse across your team.
Your data stays where it belongs
Nothing has to leave the building. The Copilot is installed on your machine and drives your GeoDict. The AI model is your choice: Claude, any OpenAI-compatible API, a self-hosted model on your own servers.
The Copilot does not change how GeoDict performs the simulation. It uses validated building blocks to assemble and execute workflows.
Try it on your own material
Your material. Your question. A real use case. We are opening the Copilot to two or three R&D teams to apply it to real materials and simulation workflows. Bring a material or a simulation task you already work on, and see what changes when the software takes care of the mechanics.
